Find your Google review link

Open Settings → Google Business Profile in your dashboard.

Authorize with the Google account that manages your business listing. We only request read access to your reviews and write access to post replies — never your email or contacts.

Your review link is set automatically and incoming reviews start syncing within minutes. You can disconnect anytime from the same panel.

Go to Google's Place ID Finder and search for your business name + city (e.g. “Acme HVAC Dallas”).

Click your business in the dropdown. A popup shows your Place ID — a string starting with ChIJ…. Copy it.

Paste your Place ID into this template:

That full URL is what you paste into VouchCrew. Test it once — it should open the “Write a review” screen on your business.

Go to google.com/business and click Manage now. Sign in with the Google account you want to own this listing (use a business email, not a personal one).

Business name (exactly as it appears on your invoices), category (e.g. “HVAC contractor”), service area (the cities/zip codes you cover), phone, and website. If you don't have a website yet, leave it blank — you can add one later.

Google mails a postcard with a verification code to your business address. It usually arrives in 5–14 days. Enter the code in the dashboard once it lands. Until then, your listing is not visible to customers.
