Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up we collect your name, business or company name, email address, and a hashed password. Payment details are processed by our payment provider and are never stored on our servers.

Customer contact data. To send review invitations on your behalf, our customers (field-service businesses) provide us the name and mobile number of the end customer who received service. We act as a processor of this data on the business’s instructions.

Usage and device data. We collect log data, IP address, browser type, and pages visited to operate and secure the Service.

We use information to provide and improve the Service, to send review invitations and service-recovery alerts, to process payments, to provide support, to detect and prevent fraud and abuse, and to comply with legal obligations.

Every customer who is invited to leave a review receives the same invitation. A low rating additionally triggers an internal alert to the business so the issue can be addressed promptly; this alert runs in parallel and does not prevent or alter the customer’s ability to post a public review.

Review invitations are delivered by SMS through A2P 10DLC registered messaging. Recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP, after which they are permanently suppressed. See our SMS Terms for details.

We share information with service providers who process data on our behalf (such as messaging, email, hosting, and payment providers) under contractual confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of VouchCrew, our customers, or the public. We do not sell personal information.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. Customer contact data is retained on behalf of the business and deleted on the business’s instruction or when no longer needed for the purposes described here.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below. End customers should direct requests to the business that engaged them.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
