Terms of Service

VouchCrew helps field-service businesses invite customers to leave public reviews after a completed job and alerts the business when a customer reports a poor experience. The same review invitation is sent to every customer; low-rating alerts run in parallel and do not suppress or redirect public reviews.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

You agree to use the Service only with customers who received a genuine completed service and to comply with all applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM, and the policies of any review platform you direct customers to. You will not use the Service to solicit, incentivize, filter, gate, or suppress reviews in violation of any platform’s policies or applicable law.

You are responsible for obtaining any consent required to contact your customers by SMS and for the accuracy of the contact data you submit.

New accounts include a free trial period. After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

As between the parties, you own the customer data you submit and grant us a license to process it solely to provide the Service. We process such data as a processor on your instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by VouchCrew and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee any particular number of reviews, ranking outcome, or deliverability of any message. Review platforms control their own rankings and policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VouchCrew will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for conduct that risks harm to us, our customers, or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

We may update these Terms; material changes take effect upon posting. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Questions may be sent to legal@vouchcrew.com.
