Program name
VouchCrew Post-Service Customer Experience — operated by SignUp Haven LLCon behalf of participating home-service businesses (“Business”).
How you opt in
A preview of the form a customer sees (with the consent disclosure) is available at vouchcrew.com/demo/tech-form.
Opt-in occurs in person at the conclusion of an in-home or on-site service visit between the Business and you. At the end of the job, the technician asks verbally:
“Would it be okay if [Business name] sends you a single text message to ask how the service went today? It is one message, you can reply STOP at any time, and standard message and data rates may apply. Privacy: vouchcrew.com/privacy. Terms: vouchcrew.com/terms.”
If you agree, the technician enters your first name and mobile number into the VouchCrew technician form on their device. The form also displays this consent disclosure on-screen for your reference. We record your consent server-side with the timestamp, the technician's identifier, the consent method (verbal, in-person), and the technician's device IP.
Message types and content
Message 1 (always sent): A single SMS asking you to rate the service from 1 to 5 (5 = excellent).
Message 2 (conditional, at most one): Based on your reply, you may receive either (a) a Google review link if you rated 4 or 5, or (b) a private resolution form link if you rated 1, 2, or 3 so the Business can address your concern privately.
No marketing, promotional, recurring, or third-party messages are sent. The Business cannot modify the message flow.
Message frequency
A maximum of two (2) SMS messages per completed service visit. No further messages will be sent unless you book another service with the same Business and consent again.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. VouchCrew and the Business do not charge you to receive these messages.
How to opt out (STOP)
Reply STOP (or any of: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, REVOKE, OPTOUT) to any message to immediately and permanently stop all SMS from VouchCrew. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages. Opt-outs apply across the entire VouchCrew platform — once you opt out, no participating Business will be able to text the same number unless you opt back in.
Confirmation message: “You have successfully been unsubscribed. You will not receive any more messages from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”
How to get help (HELP)
Reply HELP (or INFO) to any message and you will receive a response identifying the program and providing this support contact: support@vouchcrew.com.
Response: “Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.”
Carriers and delivery
VouchCrew sends SMS through Twilio Inc. over the major US wireless carriers (AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and their MVNOs). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not share, sell, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing. Your mobile information is used only to deliver the messages described above and to support compliance with carrier and legal requirements (TCPA, CTIA, CAN-SPAM). See our full Privacy Policy.

Your use of the SMS program is also governed by our Terms of Service.
