Do my technicians need to download anything?
No. Each tech gets a unique link. They save it to their phone home screen (10 seconds on iPhone or Android). It opens like an app but lives in their browser. No App Store, no account, no password.
What if a customer rates us 1–3 stars? Does that hurt us?
No — that's the entire point of VouchCrew. When a customer rates 1–3, they're sent a private resolution form and you get an immediate alert with their phone number. They never receive a link to your Google page. The negative feedback stays internal until you resolve it.
Where do I find my Google review link?
Easiest path: connect your Google Business Profile inside Settings — VouchCrew pulls the link automatically, no Place ID required. If you can't OAuth, we have a 60-second guide that walks you through building the link by hand.
How long does setup actually take?
Most contractors are live within 10–15 minutes. Add your company name and Google review link, add your technicians (30 seconds each), send each tech their magic link. The first test submission can go out the same hour.
What if my tech submits a job without cell service?
The form queues the submission locally on their phone. The moment they get signal — driving out of a neighborhood, back at the shop — it sends automatically. The tech doesn't have to do anything.
Is the SMS compliant with TCPA regulations?
Yes. VouchCrew uses A2P 10DLC registered messaging, the current federal requirement for business SMS in the US. Customers who reply STOP are permanently suppressed. Send windows default to 8am–8pm. We recommend your attorney review your customer consent language for your specific state.
Can I see which technicians are generating reviews and which aren't?
Yes — the dashboard shows each tech's submission count, average customer rating, response rate, streaks, XP, and rank. The leaderboard is visible to you and optionally shareable with the team. You'll know within the first week exactly who's submitting, who isn't, and who's coaching-flagged.
What happens when my trial ends?
After 30 days, if you haven't added a payment method, your tech links pause — no more SMS goes out. Your data is preserved. We send a reminder on day 5 and day 6 with your actual numbers from the trial so you can see what you'd be giving up before it ends.
Can VouchCrew post review responses directly to Google for me?
Yes — once you connect your Google Business Profile account (a one-time OAuth authorization that takes about 30 seconds), VouchCrew can post responses directly on your behalf, pull incoming reviews into your dashboard automatically, and notify you the moment a new review appears. Google Business Profile API access is in process — direct posting activates for your account as soon as it's approved. Until then, AI-drafted responses are ready to publish with a single copy-paste.
How is this different from Birdeye, Podium, or Big Reputation?
All three were built for restaurants, retail chains, and businesses with a marketing manager on staff. They require CRM integration, charge $197–$500/month, and their "technician workflow" is an app your crew has to download, log into, and use. VouchCrew is built exclusively for field service. Do you integrate with ServiceTitan, Jobber, or my scheduling software?
Not required. VouchCrew works standalone — your tech submits the customer's name and number after each job in 15 seconds, no connection to any other system needed. A Zapier integration for ServiceTitan and Jobber is on the roadmap for accounts that want to automate submission directly from a completed work order.
